• Orders are confirmed only after full payment.
• We currently accept online banking and QR payments only.

Product Information

• All our products are made to order, unless stated otherwise.
• Product photos are for reference only. There may be small differences in colour, design, or decoration due to products being handmade and screen differences.
• We reserve the right to make small changes to designs where necessary to maintain quality.

Custom Orders

• Custom cakes need at least 3 days’ notice.
• Customisation options are limited to what is stated on the website (e.g., size, flavour, colour theme, wording).
• Fully customised designs outside the available options are not guaranteed.

Delivery & Pick-Up

• Delivery is done by third-party riders.
• Once the rider collects your order, Orcakes Patisserie is not responsible for delays or damages during delivery.
• If you choose self pick-up or arrange your own delivery, it is at your own risk.

Cancellations & Refunds

• Because our products are made-to-order, confirmed orders are non-refundable (except in certain approved cases).
• Cancellations are not allowed.
• If you need to change your order, please inform us as soon as possible. Changes are not allowed once we start preparing your order.

• Our kitchen uses common allergens such as dairy, eggs, nuts, and gluten.
