Delivery & Refund Policy

We aim to ensure every Orcakes order arrives fresh, beautiful, and on time. Please read the following carefully before ordering.

Delivery

  • Delivery is done by third-party riders (e.g., Grab).
  • Delivery fees are set by the third-party service and shown at checkout.
  • While we pack and handle cakes with care, once the rider collects the order, Orcakes Patisserie is not responsible for delays, mishandling, or damages during delivery.
  • You may choose self pick-up or arrange your own delivery at your own risk.

Pick-Up

  • Self pick-up is available at your selected date and time.
  • If you do not collect your order within the agreed time, it may affect product quality.

Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Orders are confirmed only after payment.
  • If you wish to make changes to your order (flavour, date/time, size, design), please inform us as early as possible. Changes are not allowed once we have started preparing your order.
  • Cancellations are not allowed.
  • Because our products are made-to-order, refunds are generally not available (see Refunds section below).

Refunds

  • The wrong item was delivered, or
  • There is a proven issue caused directly by Orcakes Patisserie

If there are any issues, report them immediately after receiving the order, with clear photos provided.
