From Dental Dreams to Sweet Realities
Just like many bakeries, Orcakes Patisserie started in a tiny kitchen full of warmth, laughter, and a love for baking.
In 2023, Alia, the founder, gave up becoming a dentist to bake full-time—she realised she was much happier whipping cream than looking into people’s teeth!
It all began as Dapur Cik Su, the name her anak buah lovingly called her. Her first treat, a bread and butter pudding, filled her mum’s kitchen with the sweet, comforting smell of cinnamon. Family and friends loved it so much, they kept coming back for more.
Alia took a leap of faith, studied pastry art, and never looked back.
Orcakes Patisserie Today
Named after orchids—simple, elegant, and beautiful—Orcakes Patisserie is now a boutique bakery in Paroi, Seremban, bringing those same qualities to our made-to-order treats: cakes, brownies, tartlets, and cupcakes.
